I'm really excited to be taking part in KOG10 Team for King of Greystones.

Myself along with 19 other people who have never done a triathlon before are part of an intense 10 week training program with some amazing coaches Ger Devin (Swim Coach) and Alex Gray (Head Coach). 

The King Of Greystones Triathlon takes place on the 30th of July 2023 in Greystones Co Wicklow. Each member of the KOG Team will trim over 10 weeks to Swim, Cycle, Run while raising funds to support The Gavin Glynn Foundation.

I've chosen to fundraise for The Gavin Glynn Foundation . All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause. 

The Gavin Glynn Foundation help children with cancer to find the right care and treatment that they need. Families often have to travel outside of Ireland to find this care and these trips are extremely costly.
