PSPA Ireland is a small registered charity based in Dublin but works nationwide to support people with this underdiagnosed, complex relentless and progressive disorder that robs people of the ability to walk, talk, see and swallow.  With no treatment or cure all funds raised here will go directly to this deserving cause to build awareness for early diagnosis and support for those diagnosed and their families across Ireland
