Thank you so much for supporting our Life Pharmacy, in the Life Pharmacy 100 Campaign for the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation, to celebrate Life Pharmacy reaching 100 member pharmacies.
Our pharmacy team is so pleased to be able to raise funds to support the great work of Jack and Jill. Over the years, many of us have known families who have benefitted from the amazing services provided by Jack and Jill nurses and carers to children aged between 1-6 years old with complex medical needs. With your help, we can give those families vital time out for parents, so that they can recharge, take a much-needed rest, meet a friend for a coffee, spend quality time with other children or do some errands – the things some of us take for granted that are simply not feasible for the families under Jack and Jill’s care.
Jack and Jill’s service operates seven days a week, with no means test, no red tape, and no waiting list. Another key part of the service is end-of-life care for all children up to the age of six, irrespective of diagnosis, empowering parents to take their child home to die at this most difficult time.
Every €18 we raise helps support an hour of care for a Jack and Jill child. Please donate as much as you can by clicking the donate button and do share this page with your family and friends.
Our goal is to raise at least €1,800 to pay for 100 hours of care for Jack and Jill children in our community.
