Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page. I'm really hoping that this tough challenge I am preparing to attempt can get a lot of people talking about mental health and suicide. There is a huge push in the last few years to talk about these things, but I don't think men in particular are talking nearly enough. I loved my friend Joe a lot and he is going to be missed terribly by everyone who knew and loved him. Nobody should ever take their own life. There's always light, however dim it may seem.

The challenge I am attempting is to hike the whole Wicklow Way in a weekend. It's approximately 130km long and usually takes 5-7 days to complete. So it will be a very tough slog. If anyone would like to get involved and hike some of it with me then that would be brilliant. I am starting on Friday July 5th and hopefully finishing on Sunday July 7th. I'll be camping along the way.
