85K walk in 29 days for Padraig

Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page on iDonate.ie
I'm doing a (very brisk!) 2.9km wallk each day (total 85 K in 29 days) from Friday 1st of May 2020 to Friday 29 May 2020. Padraig and I both share this date as our birthday.  There is however a  35 year difference in our ages! :_) Padraig Schaler (one of my son Andrew's closest friends) suffered a severe Acquired Brain Injury while on a JI in Cape Cod in June 2013.  Padraig requires 24/7 care and intensive neuro-rehabilitation, which is currently not provided for by the State.  All funds raised by this event will go directly to Caring for Padraig, the independent charitable trust which has been set up for his care.
