I'm taking part in Camino of the Body & Mind for the month of June. I will be walking 126km alongside a virtual team.💚I've chosen to fundraise for The Galway Rape Crisis Centre. All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause and will help support vital services in the centre. 

The Galway RCC is very close to my heart as I have needed the services in the past, they have always been there for me when I needed help and support, for that I am forever grateful. 

I have tried my best to give back, I was a fundraising volunteer for a few years with them and I also completed my training with the sexual assault treatment unit as a volunteer crisis counsellor, one of the hardest and most rewarding experiences in my life.

I am now delighted to be able to give back once more.🙏
