Thank you for taking the time to visit my memorial page for Adam Loughnane

A month ago, the youngest brother of a colleague of mine tragically took his life. He had been struggling with mental health issues for years, and despite fighting so hard, he couldn’t find a way out. Some may call it an act of cowardice, but for me, it feels more like an act of desperate bravery—something I wish more people could avoid.

He was only a little older than I am, and I’ve experienced what it’s like to feel lost in a dark place. Mental health can manifest in so many ways, and we never truly know what others are going through.

I also have a younger brother, and I can’t help but fear a moment might come when I can’t see that he needs help, that is why I've chosen to fundraise for Pieta. All funds raised here will go directly to this great cause.
