The Down Syndrome Centres are dedicated to providing support and services to children with Down Syndrome and their families. There is a large gap in access to services for these wonderful children which would help them reach their full potential for a bright and independent future. The DSC is a parents-founded, parents-led centre where children like our granddaughter Lucy can thrive through special preschool education programmes and therapeutic services such as physiotherapy and speech and language therapy. You can find out more about the work of the network of Down Syndrome Centres here - there are two in Dublin; one in Sandyford and the new one in Swords where Lucy attends SKIP classes - that's the Special Kids Intervention Programme)
The Down Syndrome Centre is dedicated to providing support and services to families and carers of people with Down syndrome; helping them to reach their full potential and creating a brighter future.
