I'm taking part agai in IHF Cycle Challenge 2024, this time it's the - Atlantic to Mediterranean.

I've chosen to fundraise for Irish Hospice Foundation as the support our own family received during Pádraig's last days was invaluable . The hospices nurses are my real life understanding of angels and everyone needa an angel in their lives when times are challenging. Every penny raised here will go directly to this great cause.
