In support of this year's World Mental Health Day on Thursday, 10 October 2024, we're hosting a ‘Take 15: Bake or Buy Cake Sale’ across Ireland and we'd love you to join us.

Whether you're a keen baker or just there to sample the delights, it's all about raising money for a great cause - Aware - who are a team of volunteers that offer a range of mental health support services.

As well as raising money, it's also about you taking 15 minutes out to step away from your desk and to talk/connect with your colleagues which you can arrange with your leader in advance of the day.

The event will be held in the Town Café (Dublin office) between 11am-12pm, however if you can't attend, please feel free to attend your nearest office (Cork or Galway) and take some time to catch up with your team.

If you're a remote worker and can't make it into an office, you're encouraged to still take the time over an arranged ‘Coffee and Connect’ with your colleagues, but of course, we'd love to see you in person.
