Raising funds for CRY Cardiac Risk in the Young

The James Dermody Memorial Bluebell Walk will take place in Mountain Grove Wood, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny E32 R766 on Sunday 5th May between 11am - 2pm. The walk will approximately take 45minutes-1hour. 

All proceeds will go directly to the charity CRY Ireland (Cardiac Risk in the Young).

On the 27th January 2021, our son, brother and friend James passed away to sudden cardiac death. The charity CRY have been such an amazing support to our family in so many ways. Therefore we would like to take this opportunity to raise awareness and funds for CRY Ireland.  

All donations raised will go directly to CRY.

CRY Cardiac Risk in the Young

CRY - Cardiac Risk in the Young was founded in March 2002 by parents who had experienced the effects of sudden and unexplained death within their families. We are a self-supporting registered Charity. The Charity is dependent on help to raise awareness of cardiac riskin the young, support the National Screening Centre where families and individuals at risk are evaluated and we provide counselling and support to families affected.
