In 2022, the Good Run will return to St Anne’s Park, Raheny for the first time since 2019! After hosting the run virtually for two years, we are finally ready to meet again in person. Join us in St Anne’s Park this Good Friday, the 15th of April at 11:00am.
If you can't make it to St Anne’s Park on Good Friday you can still take part virtually in the Good Run by running, walking, or wheeling your own 5k in a location of your choice. Just be sure to share pics of your own Good Run by tagging @thegoodrun5k on your Instagram story.
The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association (IMNDA) is the only organisation of its kind in the country providing specialised services to families affected by this terminal condition.
The Association cannot slow the progression of MND or change the outcome but we can alleviate the feelings of isolation and frustration.
