This year the Coldvember team are raising funds for a local charity, Helplink Mental Health.
This campaign is open for anyone to participate in. Whether you swim, share or donate, every bit of support counts.
We will swim in the sea everyday in Salthill, Galway or our nearest beaches. Please join in, send us your photos and tag us in your stories.
