• 1st prize is a 4 night stay at The Ramada Hotel Grand Bazaar with flights and transfer valued at €1,200, Nov 3^rd to 7^th 2023.

• At least one passenger must be over the age of 18 years. 

• 1st Prize cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative. 

• Entrants must supply full details as required and comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently. 

• The 2nd prize is a ladies Rada Watch value €1000.

• The 3rd prize is a pair of Waterford Crystal Champagne Flutes and a bottle of Bollinger Champagne.

• The promotor of the draw is Samaritans of Kilkenny and Carlow. 

• The purpose of the draw is to raise funds for the day-to-day running costs of Samaritans Kilkenny/Carlow branch.

• The draw is being operated under permit no. (KK2023/004) granted on May 19th 2023. 

• The draw is fixed for Saturday June 24^th 2023.

• The draw is limited to 1,000 tickets. 

• All ticket purchasers must be over the age of 18 years. 

• The Organising Committee or its agents or promoters shall not, in any circumstances, be liable for any loss suffered due to any issues related to the selected dates for trip. 

• The organising committee and executive members of Samaritans Kilkenny and Carlow are precluded from entering this raffle. 

• The winner will be contacted by the means of communication they have provided, and their identity will be verified within 14 days of the draw date. Their identity and location (town, county or country, as appropriate) shall be publicised on the draw date. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and images that may be taken at the prize-giving/hand-over, in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with GDPR and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

 • The draw will be held in public at a venue to be determined. Persons who have purchased a ticket shall be welcome to attend and observe the draw live. It is also intended that the draw will be streamed live via Facebook Live, or similar forums. 

• By purchasing a ticket, the entrant is confirming his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
