The Inishowen Foodbank is an initiative set up by a number of community organisations working together to help serve the Inishowen Peninsula. Over the past year these charitites have collected donations of food and have been distributing food parcels within their local communities to households in need. The foodbank is operated by: The Exchange Inishowen, Spraoi agus Spórt, Clonmany Community Centre, Trinity Court, Moville Family Resource Centre (in partnership with Moville GAA) and Muff Red Cross and is supported by Inishowen Development Partnership, these local charities have seen the need for this confidential service increase steadily and we require all the help we can get to ensure that this much needed service can continue to operate.
