Susan is the Clinical Nurse Specialist for Neonatal Individualised Developmental Care and Assessment. She helps parents and their babies through the early stages of growth.

My main day to day role is to help each baby's unique development. Every baby in the Neonatal unit communicates with us through their behaviour. It doesn't matter how premature or old they are. I support staff and parents in learning to recognise what their baby is trying to say. We then adapt their care and environment for what is best for the baby's development. Walk with me this March as I empower parents to provide the best care for their babies. Susan
