Nasc, the Irish Immigrant Support Centre

Charity Description :

Nasc is the Irish word for link (www.nascireland.org). We protect human rights, promote integration and campaign for change.

We do this by:

Legal Clinics: We provide a free drop in service providing legal advice and information about any immigration-related query. Complex queries that require specialist intervention are referred into our legal clinics.

Advocacy: Our campaigning priorities are directly related to the issues presenting in our clinics. This gives us a clear evidence base to support our national calls for change.

Integration: Nasc works with key stakeholders in the City, such as the HSE, City Council, Cork City Partnership, Garda Siochana and Cork Chamber of Commerce, to shape Cork into a city that benefits from and welcomes cultural and ethnic diversity.

Where Your Money Goes :

All funds raised from the mini-marathon will directly support our family unity work. Our fundraising target of €5,000 will go a long way to reuniting families.  That's only 50 women raising €100 each.
