Just an update on yesterday marathon in Rotterdam, while the weather was very warm I managed to achieve a PB (well by 1 minute) and finish in 3h54.

I would like to thank everyone for their very generous support for the BUMBLEance, the Children's Ambulance Service where we have raised over €1,400. This is an incredible charity which makes a huge difference to sick children across Ireland. Next Sunday I will attempt to run the Rotterdam marathon. In trying to get around the 42,195 km (26.2 miles) I think it's also good to contribute to a charity which goes the extra mile for sick children and this is BUMBLEance, the Children's Ambulance Service which is fully interactive and helps make journeys better for sick children.

As one large supermarket says .... every little helps.
