So as many of you know, we've been training hard for the last number of months with the hope of reaching the epic 26.2 miles/ 42km marathon distance. We hoped to get places in the ballot for London but when that didn't work out we turned our sights to Paris. We  figure that  as we are pushing ourselves to the limit, it would be great if it was rewarded by more than a sense of achievement for us, but if we can raise some vitally needed funds for these two wonderful charities while we are at it,  it would make it all the better.
