The Gavin Glynn Foundation in assocation with P Squared Performance (Alex Gray) will train 10 Avoca staff who have never completed a triathlon before with the goal to complete The King of Greystones Triathlon on 30th July 2023 in Greystones Co. Wicklow
Each member of the Avoca KOG10 Team will train over 10 weeks to SWIM, CYCLE, RUN while raising funds to support The Gavin Glynn Foundation. (Helping families fighting childhood cancer in Ireland)
