Help raise money for our nationwide suicide bereavement charity. For every 1 person who dies by suicide, it is estimated that 135 people are affected by the death. This equates to more than, 60,000 individuals who may be impacted by suicide in Ireland every year.

HUGG is a national suicide bereavement charity. We support adults who have been bereaved by suicide by reducing isolation and stigma and promoting resilience and healing. We work to achieve this through our HUGG peer support groups led by trained volunteers who all have a lived experience of suicide; by the provisions of telephone support, and by developing the HUGG.ie website as a reservoir of information on suicide bereavement.
