We set up on 2013 in order to help people in the area with their Mental Health, to give people something to do – an activitiy to feel part of our community in Cherry Orchard.

We have over 300 members currently between, Couch to 5k, Juveniles, Teen Group, Adults and everyone inbetween.
We are a positive community group from so many different backgrounds, people recovering from addiction, various families in the community & a vast age group from 4 up to 60 something…..you are never too old.
where your money goes
We have over 300 members currently between, Couch to 5k, Juveniles, Teen Group, Adults and Triathlon. All monies is reinvested into our club & members, from training equipment, courses, training gear, coaching etc. We don't want money to be a barrier to access our club, everyone is welcome.
