The BOI Staff Charitable Fund is a fund set up by Bank staff in 1983 to help people in developing countries. Staff, both former and current make monthly and one-off contributions through payroll and 100% of donations go to projects with the aim of helping to relieve poverty, support advances in education and help improve living conditions in the developing world.
