My sister is running for Purple House to support their incredible work they gave to Sophie and many others during their cancer recovery treatment. We chose this charity because Purple House has been a lifeline for many families, offering counselling, support groups, and practical help to those affected by cancer.
By running this marathon, we hope to raise awareness and funds to ensure that more people can access the vital services they need during challenging times.
Purple House Cancer Support is to the forefront in providing a range of professional support services to people of all ages affected by Cancer in Ireland. Through the work of our Cancer Support Centre in Bray, Co. Wicklow, we support families in Ireland through Counselling, play therapy, support groups, survivorship programmes, education,hospital transport, classes and a wide range of practical support services.
