By getting involved in Wish Week you are helping to celebrate the magical moments created for children living with life-threatening illnesses and helping to raise essential funds to ensure wishes can keep happening.
To support the day, Make-A-Wish® Ireland is appealing to the public to host their own Wish Week fundraising event or to sign up to become a Wish Week 2024 volunteer to support a nationwide fundraising drive on Wish Day, Friday 26th April 2024.
As well as raising important funds to help Make-A-Wish grant magical wishes to children living with life-threatening illnesses, it raises awareness and acknowledges the bravery of wish children and their families.

Make-A-Wish Ireland has one simple aim: we grant the wishes of children aged between 3 and 17 years living with life-threatening medical conditions. A wish granted is true magic for the child, providing respite from their normal routines of hospitals, doctors and treatment.
