This year I am doing the VHI Women's Mini Marathon in aid of The Gavin Glynn Foundation.
Gavin was an amazing boy and an inspiration to so many. In October 2014 Gavin gained his angel wings aged just 4, after a courageous battle with cancer.
Gavin leaves behind an amazing legacy in the form of The Gavin Glynn Foundation. The Gavin Glynn Foundation help to assist with transportation costs for children who need to have cancer treatment abroad.
This assistance can include flights, accommodation close to the medical centre, transportation to and from the airports, food and living expenses during the child's treatment time abroad and travel packs which include toys for the child and their sibling travelling.
I would ask anybody who can to please donate to this amazing cause
