The IHFs Cycle Challenge from Porto to Lisbon is a 600km Cycle over 5days, and is taking place from 25th June to 1st July.
This will be my 4th hospice cycle to help raise much needed funds for their Nurses for Night Care service. The Nurses provide homecare throughout the night and fulfil peoples wishes to die at home with dignity, by enabling them to spend their final days at home in their own bed, with their families by their side.
This is a very worthy cause, that provides immeasurable end of life care to adults, children and families in need, and your support would be very much appreciated. All funds raised go directly to the charity.
