On what I'm hoping will be a hot Summer's day (10th June 2017), I am going to an undisclosed location with a bunch of other brave women and we're going to strip off to our bare arses and go for a swim! The reason we're going to do this is to raise money in the continuous fight against cancer and in particular for the charity, Aoibhean's Pink Tie.
I have lost a lot of people to cancer, young mothers and friends taken from us much too soon. My parents both suffered from cancer, and I am doing this in their names, my guardian angels (though they'd probably be mortified at the thought!)... so here's to raising as much money as possible.
I know that nobody has huge amounts of money these days, but if I could ask 100 friends to donate €10 or 200 friends to donate €5, I'll have reached my target!

Aoibheann's Pink Tie was set up in 2010 after our friend and Chairperson Jimmy Norman's daughter, Aoibheann, passed away. During their long battle with cancer, Jimmy and his wife Annma
