Hi folks,
I'm supporting the IHFs annual charity cycle again this year, with the challenge to cycle 600km from Croatia to Italy in June. This will be my 5th hospice cycle to continue helping raise much needed funds for the IHFs Nurses for Night Care service. These nurses provide invaluable homecare throughout the night to people who wish to die at home with dignity, by enabling them to spend their final days in their own home with their families by their side.
This is such a worthy cause, which provides immeasurable end of life care to adults, children and families in their time of need, and any support would be very much appreciated. All funds raised go directly to the charity.
