The Peter McVerry Trust is a charity set up to reduce homelessness and the harm caused by drug misuse and social disadvantage. Previously, I have carried out voluntary work with the Trust and I have seen how they've helped people with their addictions.
Now, I want to do my part to help raise funds for the Trust. Starting on the morning of the 25th of May, I will walk all day and through the night, from Rathfarnham to Aughavannagh and back to Rathfarnham. That’s 120 km in 24 hours.
But I need your help, I have set a goal to raise €1,100 so that we can help the Peter McVerry Trust continue their work assisting those less fortunate than us. You can support my efforts by making an online donation through my personal campaign page.
Thank you, in advance, for donating to the Trust and for caring about their work. Every donation makes a difference.
