Over 200,000 suffer from an "eating disorder" is Ireland. However, I believe that about 80% of us have all suffered from disordered eating at some stage of our lives. Whether its yoyo dieting, emotional eating/drinking, binge eating, excessive dieting, restricting, disordered eating has a life changing effect when you're going through it.

It's not about what the people are eating, the fact is that something is eating them and so these issues usually stem from anxiety, insecurity, self esteem issues, previous scarring experiences or just being thought the wrong way to look after yourself.

I want to raise funds to help Bodywhys reach the people who have had their lives consumed by disordered eating, who aren't free to be their best selves due to this energy consuming issue.
