In November 2017, my good friend Frank passed away after a long and brave fight against illness. Frank’s last few years were supported and made as comfortable as possible with the help and support of the Irish Hospice Foundation. I have decided to fundraise for the Irish Hospice foundation, to aid the great work they do every day across the country. Over the past year, I have been training and I plan to compete in Ironman 70.3 Dun Laoghaire 2018. I would very much appreciate if you could please donate, whatever you can afford, in support of the Irish Hospice Foundation.
