In June 3 year ago I lost my beautiful baby girl Molly. At 27weeks I was diagnosed with severe pre eclampsia and by 28 weeks I underwent an emergency c section. Sadly Molly only lived for 5 and a half hours . Her tiny wee body just wasn't strong enough. I too was very sick and wasn't expected to make it over night. It truly was the worst time of our lives. After we lost Molly we were given a precious gift from a charity called feileacain who provided us with a memory box. In it had pictures of Molly, her wee hand and foot prints , lock of hair, hand knitted blanket and information booklets. In name of Molly I have organised a scavenger hunt to raise money for feileacain and pre eclampsia foundation. A few people have said they cannot attend the hunt but would still like to donate so I have set this page up so that others who would like to donate can. thank you in advance. Every little help. About the Cause
Féileacáin (Stillbirth & Neonatal Death Support)
Why the name FéileacáinA Butterfly lights besides us like a sunbeam …Many of the ancient civilizations believed that butterflies were symbols of the human soul, and in Irish mythology the butterflies, or ‘Féileacáin’, are said to be the spirits of the departed who return to visit their favorite place and their loved ones to reassure them that they are alright.
