I am looking to raise at least £500 to support Children's medical research and also to fund the fight against suicide!  Both of these causes are close to my heart and really need al lthe support they can get. Losing a child or loved is never easy but we can do more to help prevent these losses.

I had great plans of training hard for this, and although i have done alot of swimming, my cycling and running are way behind where they should be. I will finish it but it will be painful!
