For as long as I can remember, my Dad swam on Christmas morning at the 40 Foot or Sandycove in Dun Loaghaire to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society. Now we are looking to do the same in his memory but specifically for St. Luke's Hospital in Rathgar who took such good care of my Dad, and our family, during his final weeks as he battled Brain cancer.
The Friends of St. Luke's charity's goal is to generate the funds to ensure that the St Luke's Radiation Oncology Centres continue to be well-equipped, warm, friendly and comfortable facilities for patients undergoing treatment. Please donate what you can in support of the fantastic care this hospital provides.
