For the 9th year in a row I'm taking part in the 2019 edition of the Tour de Munster. I am raising funds for Down Syndrome Cork where my daughter Emma who is turning 10 in July benefits from their services and support. Please give what you can and in addition to doing the 600km plus cycle around Munster in August I plan to run the Dublin City Marathon in October. So lots of training, blood, sweat and tears ahead.
Great stuff and fair play to you Conor- the marathon is such a demanding event- so much time goes into the training plan- totally brilliant organisation you are fundraising for, so Up Tipp and all that Conor- I expect to see you wearing the Blue and Gold next time I meet you- Tipp celebrate another one in a row- best wishes for the marathon.

Down Syndrome Cork is a branch of Down Syndrome Ireland. We have a membership of 390 from all parts of the county. Our aim is to support the families and our motto is #share the journey. We share this journey from birth into adulthood. Our organisation is parent led and governed by a branch committee which meets on a monthly basis.
