So, at 8.30 am, Sunday, after having enjoyed Tommy Tiernan in Vicar Street Sat night, dragged the butt out again, hit the tarmac for a 12 miler. Met the wonderful Lavanna and her crew, along with many others out enjoying the beautiful autumnal morning air.

22 miler at 5-30 am in the heart of the so called storm Lorenzo today. Should have brought the conditioner, got soaked, with my amount of hair, wouldn't have taken long to wash.

CHI at Temple Street is the first port of call for tens of thousands of children in Ireland every year suffering from every kind of illness and injury imaginable. Our aim is to help sick children by making their stay in hospital less distressing for them and their families, by funding the purchase of medical equipment, developing new services, funding research and developing new treatment facilities.
