Operation Walk Ireland is an Irish based charity whose mission is to provide life-changing joint replacements to people who would normally not have access to such surgeries.  This March I will travel again to Hanoi as part of a team of volunteers to provide anaesthesia to facilitate these operations. I was overwhelmed last year by the difference the procedures made to their daily lives. The donations we receive make this mission possible and quiet literally get them back on their feet, into the workforce and allow them to provide a better brighter future for their families. Their determination to engage in rehab is only surpassed by the gratitude they have for the people who make this possible.  Thank you to those who donated last year.
