As we all know this pandemic and lockdown has been tough on everyone of all ages and backgrounds and now more than ever everyone’s mental health is so important.

As a result, Carrigaline United Football Club as a local community club want to try do our part and “Shine a light” on this vital aspect of all our lives and highlight the great work companies like Shine contribute.

Starting on Friday 8th of May 2020 as a club we will aim to run 5’000km to raise €5’000.

The work of Shine would not be possible without the continued support of donations received through fundraising activities. Your support helps Shine to continue its mission to support people affected by mental ill health in the community and to promote individual and family recovery
