I'm hosting the CAPS 3 Province Cycle. 3 Distances - 80km, 45km & 15km.

This year we are accepting registrations and donations online through iDonate. 

Registration €20. Start time from 8:30am on Sunday 13th September 2020.

This years cycle will be very different to other years unfortunately, we have had to make a few changes:

• There is no official start time for any of the distances, registration will be open from 8.30am and as soon as you register for whichever distance you have choosen then away you go, no groups heading off together.
• Unfortunately we cannot do any food this year, so none of our famous chicken curry. There will be a small goodie bag at the finish.
• Because of the change in the starting times we will not have any marshals out on any of the routes but they will be well marked.

Hopefully everyone will understand why we have made these changes, hopefully they are only for this year.
