Many Thanks for your support. This is a charity very close to my heart after my Grandad battled this horrible disease for years. Watching him slowly forgetting all his loved ones, family and friends was heartbreaking. I've so many memories with him and I'm blessed for them and I'll treasure them always. I'm thankful he got to meet his two great grand children even tho he didn't know they were there I've the pictures and that means everything to me. That final goodbye wasn't easy but I know he's in a better place now????
