What’s up all!
Karl & Conor McKeon here... To take our minds and yours off current affairs we have decided to do a 4x4x48 Challenge.
This means we must run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. It might sound easy, but doing it is going to be a different story!
We plan to set off on our first run at 8pm on the 5th of March
We will be documenting the process on our socials @4_4_48 on Instagram and Facebook. Follow us there to get more info on why we are doing this and more about the fantastic organisation that is 'Croi'. Croi helped the McKeon family in times of need and now the time has come to do something for them.

Croi Fighting Heart Disease & Stroke Croí is a registered charity established in Galway in 1985, with its main aim to lead the fight against heart disease and stroke, with a special focus on the West of Ireland. Over the years, Croí has impacted positively at virtually every level of cardiac care in the West, from pre-hospital to post-hospital recovery and rehabilitation to providing support services to patients and their family members.
