As the Manager of the NCBI Charity shop in Ballina Co Mayo, I'm really proud to be able to support this organisation through such a difficult fundraising year due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
I like the flexibility of this fundraiser:
30mins of any exercise for 30days.
I intend to do a variety of exercises throughout the month :dogwalking, hillwalking, cycling, skipping, weights&pilates on the wet days. Who knows wot else I'll come up with.
Any contributions will assist in NCBI to continue offering the full range of services to its service users nationwide.
