Thankx so much for your support. I've included information about Cycle Against Suicide below.

In Europe, Ireland has one of the highest incidences of mental illness, ranking third out of thirty-six countries. Despite the clear benefits of treatment for mental health problems, only a minority of those affected go on to receive professional help. The biggest single barrier against treatment is the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Stigma is the result of negative and prejudicial attitudes and behaviours that are expressed by people to those living with a mental health problem or a mental illness, and it can cause intense shame and fear. People with mental health problems say that the social stigma attached to mental ill health and the discrimination they experience can make their difficulties worse and make it harder to recover. It is therefore important to address the issue of stigma if we, as a nation, are to succeed in improving the mental health of all Irish citizens. Cycle Against Suicide has been to the fore in helping to destigmatise mental health issues and change the narrative around suicide. Our community and school activities contribute to positive mental health as they bring people together and kick-start conversations about mental health and well-being. Our mantra: ’It’s OK not to feel OK; and it’s absolutely OK to ask for help’ helps build personal resilience and breaks the stigma associated with mental ill health.
