Laochas - The Warrior Soul Project

We are a group of people from Waterford who have watched, experienced and dealt with mental health in both personal and a professional capacity. This has always been an issue but it is only in recent years that it has begun to seep out from under the carpet and we as a nation have begun talking more openly about what is a common illness. Unfortunately facilitating the needs of those with mental health illness is happening at a snails pace but what is more shocking is the level of care and resour
