I'm taking part in VHI Women's Mini Marathon 2023. I've chosen to fundraise for Mental Health Reform, a charity that is very close to my heart. 

Mental health services in Ireland are under severe pressure with long waiting lists and staff shortages. Thousands of people, including children are struggling to access the mental health care they need. Mental Health Reform does incredible work advocating for vital improvements in our mental health services.
