I'm taking part in VHI Women's Mini Marathon 2023. I've chosen to fundraise for Mental Health Reform, a charity that does incredible work advocating to improve mental health services in Ireland

Many people in Ireland face barriers preventing them from accessing the mental health support they need, when they need it. Mental Health Reform are advocating to change this. Any donation, big or small, will help Mental Health Reform continue its efforts to create an Ireland with accessible, effective and inclusive mental health services and supports.
