Every €18 donation helps fund one hour of specialist home nursing and end of life care for a local child....
Sarah-Jane and Calum are Abseiling from the roof of Thomond Park on 4th May and would love you to support them in raising much needed funds for the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation.
This amazing charity provided care to SJ’s little brother Bobby (RIP), and they are currently helping over 400 families in communities across Ireland.

Jack and Jill is a nationwide charity providing in-home nursing care and respite support for children up to the age of 6 with severe to profound neurodevelopmental delay. This may include children with brain injury, genetic diagnosis, cerebral palsy, and undiagnosed conditions. Another key part of our service is end of life care for all children up to the age of 6, irrespective of diagnosis. Parents call the service the ‘Gift of Time’.
