Hi my name is Sophia, I am very excited and fortunate to be working with the Irish development organisation, Nurture Africa.
I'm representing my school Ballymakenny College in a trip to Nansana in Uganda for 2 weeks.I will be engaging in a year long Global Citizenship course. I will learn about the root causes of poverty and of the successes and challenges of international development while working hand in hand with expert volunteers.
My actions have already started by walking the Drogheda Camino which is 25km.Also had a brilliant coffee morning with plenty of baked goods, clothes and bric and brac sold.I have much more planned and ongoing ideas in the works.
Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page any contribution no matter what size is hugely appreciated.💖
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support. I will endeavour to make your donation count.
