Like many people, I've a personal reason for supporting this particular cause - my Dad, who turns 90 this year, survived a serious cancer illness 10 years ago.  The surgery and treatment he received has extended his life, so that he's been able to get to know my children, his grandkids.  That's why I'm doing this hike and if you can manage it, I'd appreciate any donation you can make via the Donate button above :-)
